17th ANNUAL NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM

SYMPOSIUM FEES


Symposium Registration Fees Include: entrance to all keynote and concurrent speakers; Friday evening Wine & Cheese Reception; Saturday breakfast, lunch and Gala Masquerade Evening; Sunday breakfast and lunch; access to the exhibit and poster hall; and a delegate bag with printed proceedings.


Important Note: Registrations will NOT be processed until both registration form AND payment are received. Registrations for courses and the symposium are on a "first paid, first served" basis.

Payment Options: When registering, it is important to consider the timeliness of the payment options. Registration will be available on-line at www.londonorthounit.org with payment options including on-line secured credit-card payment (instantaneous), credit-card payment faxed to symposium planner (4 business day turn around) and mail to symposium planner (credit card number or cheque - dependent on mail service).

Early: registration AND payment must be received on or before August 1, 2005

Regular: registration AND payment received after August 1, 2005.

Symposium fees are in Canadian funds and include 7% GST.

If the symposium has not already sold out, the cut-off date for receiving registrations is OCTOBER 21, 2005. After this time, and only with room permitting, walk-in registrations will be accepted at the symposium.
