IMPORTANT: Cancellation Fee

Cancellations must be made online or via phone to the PODCR - Wendy McCann
  • Cancellations made less than 42 days (6 weeks) before the date the course begins will be charged a fee of $300 dollars.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days (2 weeks) before the date the course begins will be charged a fee of $600 dollars.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the date the course begins will be charged a fee of $1200 dollars.

*Note: Cancellations stemming from extreme and/or uncontrollable and/or unforeseeable circumstances may be subject to a review and altered fee penalty. Any consideration for cancellation fee adjustment will be subject to a review of mandatory documentation submitted by the student including, but not limited to, written justification and notarized supporting documentation validating the circumstances.

The London Orthopaedic Unit reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet this minimal requirement up to fourteen (14) days prior to it's scheduled commencement date.
